Vispārīgs Metropolitēna mākslas muzeja apraksts (© - Metropolitan Museum of Art - www.metmuseum.org)

One of the most fascinating and complex personalities in seventeenth-century Italy, Salvator Rosa was an accomplished painter, printmaker, poet, and actor. Here he shows himself inscribing a skull with the Greek words: “Behold, whither, eventually.” The wreath of cypress is an emblem of mourning, while on the table is a book by the Roman stoic philosopher Seneca. According to the inscription, the picture was a gift to Rosa’s friend Giovanni Battista Ricciardi (1624–1686), a brilliant man of letters from Pisa.

Izvēlieties vēlamo produkta materiālu

Katram produktam mēs piedāvājam dažādu materiālu un izmēru klāstu. Jūs varat izvēlēties kādu no šīm produkta pielāgošanas iespējām:

  • Audekla druka: A canvas direct print is a printed cotton canvas mounted on a wood frame. How can I hang a canvas on the wall? Canvas prints are relatively low in weight, which means that it is easy to hang your Canvas print without any wall-mounts. Canvas prints are suited for any kind of wall.
  • Plakāta druka (audekla materiāls): Our poster print is a printed flat cotton canvas with a slightly rough surface texture. The print poster is suited for framing your fine art print with a customized frame. Please keep in mind, that depending on the absolute size of the poster we add a white margin 2-6cm around the print motif, which facilitates the framing with a custom frame.
  • Spīdīgā akrila stikla apdruka: The print on acrylic glass, often named a plexiglass print, makes the original artwork into beautiful décor. Furthermore, it offers a viable alternative to aluminium and canvas fine art replicas. Your favorite artwork will be custom-made with the help of modern UV direct print technology. With a glossy acrylic glass art print contrasts and also smaller details become more recognizeable thanks to the very fine tonal gradation. Our real glass coating protects your selected art replica against light and heat for many decades.
  • Metāls (alumīnija dibondraksts): These are metal prints on aluminium dibond with an outstanding depth effect, which creates a modern look with a non-reflective surface. The bright components of the original artwork shine with a silk gloss but without any glare. The colors of the print are luminous and bright in the highest definition, details of the print appear crisp.
