In 1689 Caspar Netscher created the piece of art with the title Portrait or Michiel ten Hove (1640-1689). Caspar Netscher was a painter, whose style can primarily be attributed to Baroque. The artist lived for 45 years - born in 1639 and died in the year 1684 in Hague, The, South Holland, Netherlands.
